Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Custom prints do not have a refund policy. They are final sales
Refunds
Retail Products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Pamela Goodyer Fine Art purchase, you may return it (you are responsible for applicable return shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt and receive store credit for a future purchase.
Once we receive and review your return, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item.
We will contact you once we receive your return. Your credit will then be processed and we will advise you by email.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
Exchanges or Damages in Shipping
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If your product is damaged, we will cover the shipping costs by using the Insurance we put on the shipping.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the items are returned safely. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SALES TAX MAY NEED TO BE CALCULATED AND ADDED TO YOUR ORDER, DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.
