THE PURCHASE

For high‑value fine‑art sales, a deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price is required to secure the piece. The deposit is non‑refundable unless the seller fails to deliver the artwork as agreed. By signing the contract that will be supplied to you, you commit to a 50 % deposit, and, per our policy, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the artwork is shipped.

Our team will reach out to you to supply you with a contract including escrow information and then arrange the bank transfer. 

PURCHASE AGREEMENT: After you place an order, we will email you a detailed escrow and sales contract. By signing and returning the contract, you acknowledge all terms—including the escrow process, inspection window, damage‑replacement policy, and final‑sale clause.

PAYMENT: After the signing of the contract, the next step would be making the deposit via bank transfer.

ESCROW OVERVIEW FOR FINE ART PURCHASES

When a buyer and seller agree to use escrow, a neutral third‑party service holds the funds until both parties have fulfilled their obligations. This protects the buyer and seller. 

  1. Escrow Protection – All purchases are processed through a trusted escrow service. The buyer’s funds remain locked until the artwork is delivered and the buyer confirms receipt and condition.
  1. Acceptance & Finality – Once the buyer clicks “Accept” in the escrow portal, the transaction is deemed final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be honored after acceptance.
  1. Damage Resolution – If the artwork arrives damaged or does not match the description before acceptance, the buyer must notify the seller and escrow provider within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence. In such cases, the buyer will not receive a monetary refund; instead, the seller will replace the damaged piece at no additional cost and ship the replacement immediately.
  1. Dispute Process – Any dispute raised after the 48‑hour window, or after the buyer has accepted the item, will be resolved solely by the escrow provider according to its standard dispute‑resolution procedures, and the seller’s obligation will be limited to the replacement outlined above.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

HOW IT WORKS

Agreement – The buyer, seller, and escrow provider sign a simple escrow agreement that outlines the purchase price, deposit amount, and conditions for release.
Deposit – The buyer transfers the full purchase amount (or the agreed‑upon deposit) to the escrow account. The funds are now locked and cannot be accessed by either party.
Shipment – The seller packages the artwork, obtains insurance, and ships it with a tracked carrier. The seller uploads the shipping documents (tracking number, insurance certificate, and condition report) to the escrow portal.
Verification – Upon delivery, the buyer inspects the piece. If the artwork arrives in the promised condition, the buyer confirms acceptance in the escrow system.
Release – The escrow provider releases the funds to the seller. If the buyer finds a legitimate issue (damage, misdescription), the escrow provider holds the funds while the dispute is resolved.

REFUND OVERVIEW

Custom prints, which are one-of-one (only one print in creation), do not have a refund policy. They are final sales. 

Exchanges or Damages in Shipping

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the items are returned safely. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SALES TAX MAY NEED TO BE CALCULATED AND ADDED TO YOUR ORDER, DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.
